Your front desk answers the same eleven questions all tax season. At $200 an hour.
Software for CPAs builds an assistant into your firm's website that answers intake questions, screens for fit, and books qualified consultations onto your calendar — including at 9pm on a Sunday in March.
Built for firms of 2–25 · Live in 10 business days · No IT project · You approve every answer it gives
The most expensive phone line in your office is the one answering routine questions.
spent per tax season answering repeat intake questions at a typical small firm.
of inbound calls in season are some version of the same eleven questions.
of prospects end up hiring the firm that responds to them first.
Figures are typical-range estimates for firms of 2–25 staff, shown to frame the problem — not audited statistics. Bring your own numbers to the demo.
The real cost isn't the hours. It's who spends them. When a partner or senior staffer fields "what do I need to bring," the firm pays professional rates for work a well-trained assistant handles in eight seconds — and the callback that comes two days late is the one a competitor already answered.
One interview. Ten business days. Then it answers.
We interview you once
Your services, your fees, your document checklists, which clients you take and which you don't. About an hour, once. That interview becomes your assistant's entire playbook.
We build and you approve
We train the assistant on your answers and build it into a modern website for your firm. You review every answer it can give before a single client sees it. Nothing launches without your sign-off.
It answers, screens, and books
Prospects get instant, accurate answers — nights and weekends included. Good-fit clients land on your calendar with their document list already in hand. You get a weekly summary of every conversation.
Don't take our word for it. Ask it something.
This is what it does on your site. Trained on your answers, not ours.
The assistant is the product. The website is the ground it stands on.

Check our arithmetic. It's short.
A model, not a promise — every line is an assumption you can swap for your own.
Assumes the assistant absorbs most routine intake during a 12-week season and that admin + partner time blends to $60/hr loaded. It ignores the value of consultations you currently lose to slow callbacks — which is likely the larger number.
If those assumptions look wrong for your firm, bring your numbers to the demo. That's what the 15 minutes are for.
The questions partners actually ask us
Will it give tax advice and get me in trouble?
No. It's scoped to intake, scheduling, and firm information — services, fees, documents, hours. Anything that resembles advice, it declines and books the human. You approve its entire answer set before launch, so nothing it says will surprise you.
Who writes its answers — you or us?
You do, in one interview of about an hour. We ask the questions, structure your answers into the assistant's playbook, and send it back for your review. It speaks your firm's words, not generic ones.
What happens when it doesn't know something?
It says so, takes the person's contact information, and books time with the right human. It never improvises an answer it wasn't given. Those "didn't know" moments show up in your weekly digest so we can add the answer if you want it added.
Does it touch client data or our tax software?
No. It doesn't integrate with your tax software and it doesn't handle client documents or returns. It's a front door, not a filing cabinet — it answers questions and books calendar slots, nothing more.
We already have a website.
Fine — we either rebuild it (included in the price) or bolt the assistant onto what you have. Most firms take the rebuild once they see the comparison, but it's genuinely your call.
How long until it's live?
Typically 10 business days from your interview: we build in the first week, you review and approve in the second, then it goes live. The only meeting you must attend is the one-hour interview.
What if it says something wrong?
Flag it and we retrain within one business day. The monthly plan includes ongoing tuning, and the weekly digest means issues surface fast — usually before a client ever notices.
See it answer your firm's questions.
15 minutes, no deck, no follow-up sequence. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you that too.
